The Faculty of Management Sciences at University of Wah organized an alumni session for graduate students under the supervision of Dr. Nasir Mehmood, Chairperson, Department of Management Sciences, on 21 May 2026 to discuss emerging HR trends and practices in Pakistan’s banking sector.
The session was conducted by Mr. Umair Sana, an MBA and MS alumnus of UW Business School and currently serving as Operations Manager at UBL Ameen Bank. He shared valuable insights on current HR challenges in the banking industry and highlighted how banks are developing a competitive workforce equipped with modern knowledge, technological expertise, and business intelligence.
The interactive session provided students with practical industry exposure and guidance for their future careers. The event concluded with a note of thanks to Mr. Umair Sana for conducting an informative and productive session.
