A student of BS Cyber Security (7th-semester), Department of Computer Science, University of Wah, Ms. Umm-e-Ammara, has been selected as a Member of the Pakistan Youth Parliament, marking a notable achievement in youth leadership and civic engagement.
As part of her membership, she participated in the Oath-Taking Ceremony held at the Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS), Islamabad, on 16 September 2026. She also visited Parliament House, where she toured the Senate Hall and National Assembly.
The opportunity provided her with valuable exposure to Pakistan’s parliamentary institutions and shows the University of Wah’s commitment to encouraging students to engage in leadership, learning, and civic activities beyond the classroom.
