An interactive awareness session on “Identity Crisis of Generation Z” was organized on 11 February 2026. The session focused on the growing challenges faced by Generation Z students, including identity confusion, issues of self-worth and purpose, social pressure, digital influence, and mental well-being.
The guest speaker, Dr. Attique Raza, CEO of Positive Solution, delivered an insightful and thought-provoking talk highlighting the psychological, social, and digital factors that affect students’ identity formation in today’s rapidly evolving environment. He emphasized the importance of developing self-awareness, confidence, emotional resilience, and responsible decision-making. Through real-life examples and practical guidance, he encouraged students to reflect on their personal strengths, core values, and long-term goals.
The main objectives of the session were to create awareness about identity confusion among Gen Z students, explore the psychological and social dynamics influencing their sense of self, promote confidence and purpose-driven thinking, and provide practical tools for self-discovery and emotional strength. The session included interactive discussions, real-life illustrations, and engaging student activities, ensuring meaningful participation and learning. Students highly appreciated the motivational insights and practical strategies shared, making the event a valuable initiative for supporting mental and emotional well-being within the academic community.
