UW Business School, University of Wah, to advance knowledge sharing, youth empowerment, and leadership development for the future of Pakistan, conducted an online training session titled “Performance Management: Turning Potential into Performance” for members of the Pakistan Youth Parliament on 30 August 2026. Dr. Nasir Mehmood, Associate Professor, UW Business School, was the resource person.
The interactive session, held via Zoom, covered key aspects of performance management, including goal setting, SMART objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), feedback mechanisms, motivation, and continuous improvement. Through practical examples and discussions, participants explored how effective performance management can contribute to academic success, leadership effectiveness, and professional development.
The session also highlighted the importance of accountability, self-development, and performance-oriented leadership among young people. Participants actively engaged in the discussion and reflected on strategies to enhance their personal and professional effectiveness.
