Students and alumni from various departments of University of Wah participated in the POF Central Library Reading Challenge 2026, a three-month (June-August) summer program held under the theme “Read, Explore, Discover."
At the closing ceremony held on 29 August 2026, Ms. Aansa Aslam from the Department of English secured 3rd position in Tier 04, comprising undergraduate and postgraduate participants. Ms. Aiman Rehman, Lecturer, Department of English, also represented the University as one of the judges for Tier 4.
The University’s participants included Ms. Aansa Aslam, Ms. Zoha Fatima, Ms. Malaika Raza, Ms. Maryam Aman Khattak, Mr. Muhammad Abdullah Ibn-e-Rauf, Mr. Maaz Ayaz, Ms. Malaika Mehmood, and Ms. Ezah Khan from the Department of English; Ms. Syeda Wafa from Biosciences; and Ms. Hafsa Masood from Islamic Studies.
The event, organized by POF Central Library under the supervision of Mr. Kaleem Ullah Safdar, Head Librarian, was graced by Brig. Ammar Ali, Director Admin and Director, POF Central Library, as Chief Guest. The ceremony featured the announcement of results and recognition of outstanding participants.
The participation and achievement show the University’s commitment to promoting reading, critical thinking, and intellectual engagement beyond the classroom.
