The Business Leaders Professional Society (BLPS) organized an engaging and insightful BizPlay Session on 26 January 2026 aimed at enhancing students’ understanding of real-world corporate leadership and management practices.
The session featured an interactive role-play activity in which students assumed the roles of Chief Executive Officers, Managers, and Company Directors. Through this experiential learning approach, participants developed critical competencies such as leadership, strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and professional communication.
Designed to closely replicate real-world corporate environments, the BizPlay Session provided students with hands-on exposure to high-level business operations and executive responsibilities. The activity enabled learners to apply theoretical concepts in a simulated corporate setting, fostering practical insight into how organizations function at the strategic level. Overall, the session proved to be a powerful and impactful learning experience, effectively bridging the gap between classroom theory and corporate reality.
