Students of BS Accounting and Finance (BSAF), 2nd Semester, Department of Management Sciences, University of Wah, visited Alummat Welfare Foundation, an orphanage near Wah Cantt, on 23 June 2026 as part of a community service initiative under the supervision of Ms. Samreen Haider, Lecturer, Department of Islamic Studies. During the visit, the students engaged the children in various activities, including physical games, educational sessions, a gratitude activity, and storytelling. The students also distributed snacks and stationery among the children.
The visit provided an opportunity for the students to spend meaningful time with the children while promoting compassion, empathy, and social responsibility. The initiative shows the University of Wah's commitment to community engagement and humanitarian values.
