BBA-1 Semester students from Wah Business School, University of Wah, visited Shezan Foods International in Hattar Industrial Area to gain practical exposure to industrial operations.
The tour was coordinated by Ms. Asra Faheem, Lecturer at WAH Business School. During the visit, students received a comprehensive briefing from the management team of Shezan Foods about the juice production process. The demonstration covered production planning, procurement of raw materials, juice extraction, formulation, quality control, manufacturing, finishing, and packaging processes. Students also observed how management functions-planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling-are implemented in a real-world industrial setting.The tour enhanced students’ practical knowledge, industrial awareness, and understanding of management concepts, bridging the gap between classroom theory and professional practice.
