Wah Business School, University of Wah, organized a Foreign Faculty Lecture under the coordination of Ms. Asra Faheem, Lecturer, Department of Management Sciences, on 08 January 2026. The session was delivered by Dr. Sadia Ehtisham, lecturer in Human Resource Management at Central Queensland University, Australia.
The lecture, titled “Ethical Leadership: Two Sides of the Coin,” was attended by first-semester students of BBA and BSAF programs. Dr. Ehtisham provided an in-depth exploration of ethical leadership, emphasizing its significance in contemporary organizational contexts. She highlighted that while ethical leadership fosters integrity, fairness, and responsibility, leaders may sometimes present an ethical image without consistently practicing these values in decision-making.
The interactive session encouraged students to critically evaluate leadership practices and understand the complexities of ethical decision-making in real-world scenarios. The lecture concluded with a productive question-and-answer segment, offering students an opportunity to engage directly with an international academic and gain valuable global perspectives.
