A team from the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) visited University of Wah (UW) on 2 December 2025 to evaluate the facilities and documentation required for University’s registration to offer short vocational training courses.
During the visit, the inspection team reviewed laboratories, classrooms, and administrative arrangements, appreciating the University’s preparedness and the quality of its infrastructure. UW has formally applied for NAVTTC registration to launch skill-oriented short courses aimed at strengthening technical competencies in collaboration with NAVTTC.
The delegation was warmly received by the University administration. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Jameel-Un Nabi, Vice Chancellor- UW, presented the University’s souvenir to the NAVTTC team as a gesture of gratitude and institutional goodwill. Ms. Asra Faheem, NAVTTC Focal Person, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Dean of the Faculty of Management Sciences, oversaw the preparation and coordination for the visit.
The University looks forward to a positive outcome and anticipates a productive partnership with NAVTTC to advance national skill development initiatives.
