Students of BS(AF) 5th Semester, Class BSAF-5, from the Department of Management Science (MGT) undertook an industrial visit to Fauji Cement Company Ltd. (FCCL), Wah Plant, on 24 February 2026. The visit was organized by Dr. Nasir Mehmood, Associate Professor and Chairperson (MGT), as a mandatory component of the course curriculum.
The industrial tour provided students with valuable exposure to a large-scale manufacturing environment and enabled them to observe key operational and production processes involved in cement manufacturing. Such practical engagement helps bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world industrial practices.
During the visit, students gained insights into plant operations, management practices, and the overall industrial setup, which enhanced their understanding of organizational and production systems. The trip proved to be a meaningful learning experience that complemented their academic studies. The visit was also accompanied by Dr. Bahrawar Said, Assistant Professor (MGT), who facilitated student interaction and learning throughout the tour.
