The MoU was formally signed by Brig. Shajee Ullah Qadri Ameem (Retd.), Registrar, University of Wah, and Mr. Muhammad Usman Arif, Executive Director SEF, on behalf of their respective institutions.

The organization is led by Raja Zia ul Haq, President/CEO of Youth Club and a renowned motivational speaker. Representatives attending the ceremony included Waqas Javed (Abu Saad), Operations Manager & Dawah Head - YC North Region, and Muhammad Talha Iqbal, Manager, YC Islamabad Head Office. Mr. Abu Saad highlighted that Islam provides a comprehensive and balanced way of life and emphasized the vital role of teachers in guiding students through structured mentorship and moral development.
