Directorate of Student Affairs, University of Wah, organized a special event to celebrate Türkiye National Day, reaffirming the University’s commitment to promoting cultural understanding and international friendship on 29 October 2025. The celebration highlighted the historic and enduring bond between Pakistan and Türkiye, emphasizing shared values, mutual respect, and deep-rooted cooperation across various sectors.
A key feature of the event was an inter-student debate competition, featuring three talented participants: Mr. Abdullah, Mr. Sadaf Sultan, and Ms. Tasmia Javeed. Each debater presented their arguments with passion and conviction, skillfully articulating the strong historical, cultural, and diplomatic ties between Pakistan and Türkiye. Their engaging performances were highly appreciated by both the audience and the judges.
The event provided an excellent platform for students to gain awareness of Türkiye’s national heritage and its enduring friendship with Pakistan. Students and faculty members actively participated in the celebration, making it a meaningful tribute to Türkiye’s national pride and the enduring friendship between the two countries.
