Directorate of Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QA&E), University of Wah (UW), conducted an orientation session for Newly Inducted Faculty Members on 23 October 2025 to acquaint the new faculty with the University’s structure, policies, facilities, and support services. Focal persons from all major Directorates and Departments- including Academics, IT, Media Publications, Quality Assurance & Enhancement, ORIC, UW Library, Examination, and the Human Resource Department delivered detailed briefings on their respective domains. They highlighted the key features, available facilities, and institutional mechanisms established to support faculty members in their teaching, research, and administrative responsibilities.
The orientation provided a valuable opportunity for the new faculty members to gain insight into the University’s operations, culture, and available resources, thereby facilitating their smooth transition and integration into the UW Community.
