Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rizwan, Professor of Clinical Psychology and Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Wah, was invited as a Guest Speaker by the Khubaib Foundation to deliver a specialized training workshop for its academic and administrative leadership from across Pakistan.
The invitation, extended on behalf of the Foundation by Director-Education Col. (R) Zahid, sought to benefit from Prof. Rizwan's extensive experience in institutional leadership and psychological well-being. Titled "Managing Stress and Enhancing Teaching and Administrative Performance," the two-and-a-half-hour workshop was held on 15 June 2026 and attended by approximately 50 educators, headteachers, and senior administrative officials representing Khubaib Foundation campuses nationwide.
The highly interactive session was a resounding success, providing participants with practical psychological tools and evidence-based strategies to manage workplace stress, prevent burnout, strengthen resilience, and enhance teaching and administrative effectiveness. Participants appreciated the relevance and depth of the training, expressing confidence that the insights gained would positively impact their professional performance.
At the end of the workshop, Brig. (Retd.) Muhammad Iftikhar, Director General of the Khubaib Foundation, conveyed his profound gratitude to Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rizwan for his valuable guidance and transformative insights. The Director General and the Principal praised the University of Wah's leadership and expressed the Foundation's interest in exploring future collaborations between the two institutions.
