Directorate of ORIC, University of Wah, organized the second interactive session under the Positive Solutions Training Series on 26 February 2026, focusing on the theme “Effective Communication.” The session was facilitated by Dr. Mohsin Zahid, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk for a new group of faculty participants.
The event brought together faculty members from multiple disciplines, strengthening institutional collaboration and capacity building across departments. During the session, Dr. Zahid discussed the evolving nature of communication in higher education and highlighted practical strategies to improve clarity, empathy, and impact in both classroom and professional environments.
He emphasized the role of emotional intelligence, active listening, and constructive feedback in effective teaching and academic leadership.
