Office of Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (ORIC)-UW, to enhance faculty members' academic excellence and professional development, organized a three-day In-House Faculty Development Program from 27-29 February 2024. The training initiative aimed to empower educators with contemporary pedagogical techniques and innovative methodologies to enrich the academic landscape. Dr. Zuhair S. Khan, Director ORIC, warmly welcomed 30 faculty members selected for Cohort-I and trainers Dr. Saleem Iqbal, Associate Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering; Dr. Ambreen Haqdad, Assistant Professor, Department of Education; Dr. Sadiq Usman Burki, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics; Mr. Atif Hussain Shah, Lecturer, Department of Management Sciences; and Muhammad Talha Saeed, Lecturer, Department of Computer Science, trained by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) in Lahore. The training sessions were characterized by a dynamic exchange of ideas, hands-on activities, and insightful discussions, fostering an environment conducive to learning and growth. Vice Chancellor, University of Wah commended the dedication and commitment of trainers and participants, emphasized the pivotal role of such initiatives in nurturing a culture of continuous learning, and awarded E-certificates to all participants.
