Directorate of Quality Assurance & Enhancement, University of Wah, has completed an internal audit under the revised ISO 21001:2025 standard for Educational Organizations Management Systems (EOMS) aimed at assessing conformity with the requirements of ISO 21001:2025 and to identify opportunities to strengthen educational services, institutional effectiveness, and the overall learner experience. The milestone shows the University’s continued commitment to academic excellence, quality assurance, and institutional development.
The audit conducted on 23 and 26 October 2026 covered 31 departments and offices across the University. The audit team noted strong staff engagement and well-documented institutional processes, which highlight the University’s established culture of quality. The audit also identified areas for further improvement. These findings will inform the upcoming management review and guide the University’s ongoing development efforts.
The successful completion of this audit marks an important step in the University of Wah’s transition to ISO 21001:2025 certification and reaffirms the University’s dedication to transparency, stakeholder satisfaction, continuous improvement, and the delivery of quality education.
