Department of Management Sciences, University of Wah, organized an educational and industrial visit to the National Science and Technology Park (NSTP), NUST, Islamabad, for BBA-4 students under the supervision of Dr. Daniyal Saleem, Assistant Professor, on 17 June 2026.
The visit was arranged as part of the department’s experiential learning initiatives to bridge academic knowledge with contemporary corporate and entrepreneurial practices. During the visit, students had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Abid Sheikh, a distinguished serial entrepreneur, who shared inspiring insights from his entrepreneurial journey and discussed the mindset, challenges, and strategies involved in building successful and scalable ventures.
The NSTP management also provided a comprehensive briefing on the park’s role in promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic development by offering world-class infrastructure, research facilities, and incubation support to startups and multinational enterprises.
The visit enabled students to gain firsthand exposure to modern corporate culture, venture creation, and innovation ecosystems, thereby enhancing their professional readiness and entrepreneurial outlook.
