BS Psychology Semester 3 students (Section A), under the supervision of Ms. Shehla Nazmeen, Department of Sociology, organized a donation drive titled “Sharing for Change” as part of their Civic and Community Engagement course on 13 February 2026.
The students collected donations to provide stationery, books, and uniforms to students of Government Girls’ High School, Usman Khattar, Taxila. During the visit, they engaged with the school children through interactive activities, fostering motivation, confidence, and commitment to education.
The initiative aimed to promote social responsibility, empathy, and active citizenship among university students while supporting educational continuity for underprivileged children. By integrating classroom learning with community outreach, the drive highlighted the importance of collective efforts in social development.
