Department of Psychology, in collaboration with Positive Solution, organized a seminar titled “RISE: The Psychological Model of Quality of Life” on 14 January 2026. The seminar featured distinguished speakers who offered both theoretical insights and practical guidance. Dr. Attique Raza laid the theoretical foundation of the RISE model, highlighting a holistic approach to resilient living. Dr. Javed Iqbal shared expert strategies for practical implementation, including life-coaching techniques designed to enhance individual well-being. The event was led by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rizwan, Chairperson, Department of Psychology, with support from the organizing committee: Dr. Noman Aftab, Mr. Maaz, and Ms. Aisha Shoukat.
The session concluded with Prof. Dr. Muhammad Rizwan delivering closing remarks and a vote of thanks, appreciating the guest speakers’ insights and commending the faculty and students for their active participation. The seminar helps to integrate academic theory with practical psychological tools, equipping attendees to enhance both personal quality of life and broader community well-being.
