Prof. Dr. Shumaila Naz, Chairperson, Department of Biosciences, University of Wah, to strengthen academic collaboration and promote scientific dialogue between University of Wah and F.G. Postgraduate College for Women, Wah Cantt, delivered an insightful talk at College on 15 May 2025. Her talk, titled “Hydrolytic Enzymes: From Production to Applications,” focused on the critical role of hydrolytic enzymes in modern biotechnology. Dr. Shumaila highlighted their wide-ranging industrial and therapeutic applications and inspired students to pursue innovative research addressing global sustainability challenges. The event, organized by Department of Botany, was part of their ongoing academic engagement initiatives. The session concluded with a dynamic Q&A segment, where students and faculty had the opportunity to interact directly with the speaker. To honor her valuable contributions, the Principal of the College awarded Dr. Shumaila a certificate of appreciation.
