Department of Computer Science, University of Wah, organized the Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Teaching Pedagogy on 10 May 2024 to enhance the teaching effectiveness of educators by introducing innovative pedagogical strategies and techniques. Dr. Junaid Ali Khan from HiTech University, Taxila, was the resource person. The program aimed to inspire and better prepare educators to implement innovative teaching strategies in their classrooms.
The FDP had several key objectives:
> To familiarize participants with contemporary teaching methodologies
> To equip educators with practical skills to engage students effectively
> To encourage the adoption of technology in teaching practices
> To cultivate a dynamic and interactive learning environment in classrooms
In highly interactive sessions, Dr. Khan fosters an open and supportive environment for educators to share experiences and best practices, leading to practical insights for improving teaching methods.
