PDepartment of Psychology, University of Wah, to strengthen students' analytical skills for their academic projects, conducted a one-day refresher course on “Moderation and Mediation Analysis using PROCESS by Andrew F. Hayes” on 19 May 2025. Mr. Maaz Ahmed, Lecturer, Department of Psychology, was the resource person. BS 8 th semester students working on their Final Year Projects (FYP) and MS students participated in training focused on advanced statistical techniques and their application in psychological research using SPSS. Mr. Maaz provided an in-depth view of moderation and mediation, emphasizing its relevance in empirical research. The hands-on training session enabled students to effectively utilize the PROCESS macro developed by Andrew F. Hayes for data analysis, significantly contributing to their academic and research capabilities.
