It is matter of great satisfaction for me as chancellor to note steady evolution of University of Wah as premier institution of higher education and professional knowledge in Wah cantt and adjoining areas.

In this era rapid scientific and technological advancements, survival of developing nations greatly depends upon their excellence in the relevant fields as knowledge based economics will be the sole economic giants in the future. Pakistan being at the threshold of an exponential growth, would therefore, bank heavily on the quality of human resource produced by its educational institutions.

With its dynamic and relevant academic programmes, University of Wah is playing a significant role in achieving the national objectives by producing knowledge based human resource. Though relatively young amongst its peers, the University through its commitment and singleness of purpose, has made indelible mark in the educational fraternity. The emphasis on quality education and well-rounded personality development of its students, gives the University a distinctive position.

I am sanguine that the excellent academic and professional services at the University of Wah will have equipped its students with distinctive edge to have a long lasting effect on their future careers.
