Workshops/ Hands-on Labs Conducted

• Hands-on lab session on Zotero: Training students to manage references, organize research sources, and perform proper citation in academic writing.
• Research Symposium: Organized a Research Symposium as part of the Introduction to Research Methods course, where students presented their final research projects in a formal academic setting.
• 3-Day SPSS Hands-on Sessions: As part of Introduction to Research Methods Course, conducted intensive 3-day hands-on sessions on SPSS, guiding students through data analysis, interpretation, and application of statistical techniques.

Institutional Responsibilities

• Focal Person – Centre of Excellence, University of Wah (Oct 2024 – Present): Responsible for coordinating and managing professional trainings and short courses for students and industry professionals, including topics such as AI, Power BI, and Digital Marketing. Oversees trainer recruitment, participant engagement, and training needs assessments to ensure impactful learning programs.
• Focal Person – Talk and Dress for Success, University of Wah (Spring 2025 – Present): Leading the implementation of the value-added course Talk and Dress for Success in the Department of Management Sciences, including curriculum development focused on communication skills and professional grooming. Responsible for trainer selection, student coordination, registrations, and overall course management to ensure smooth execution.
• NAVTTC Focal Person – University of Wah (Summer 2025 – Present): Serving as the focal person for coordination between the University of Wah and NAVTTC, managing documentation, registrations, and communication with government officials. Successfully secured Category A registration for the University of Wah from NAVTTC and facilitating the implementation of related initiatives.
