The AIChE UW Chapter, in collaboration with the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Wah, organized a seminar titled “Self-Realization” on 21 January 2026 at Wah Engineering College. Students from NUST, along with students and faculty from Wah Medical College, attended, enriching the academic and intellectual environment.
Mr. Muhammad Ali Kamdar, the chief guest, delivered an insightful session on the inner self, guiding participants to recognize, understand, and nurture it. He highlighted the spiritual connection between human existence and Allah, emphasizing cause and effect, self-awareness, and conscious living. An interactive Q&A session allowed students to clarify their understanding and explore practical ways to apply self-realization. The event was honored by Mr. Muhammad Adnan Jalil, GM of Qarshi Industries (Pvt) Ltd., who delivered concluding remarks on the importance of self-realization for personal growth, ethical development, and professional excellence, providing practical examples to illustrate its relevance.
At the end, Dr. Saleem Iqbal, Chairperson, Chemical Engineering Department, presented shields to the speakers. In gratitude, Mr. Kamdar gifted his book ‘Asrar-e-Mastwaar’ to Dr. Iqbal. The seminar ended with a group photograph, capturing the memorable and inspiring moments.
