The Office of Research, Innovation & Commercialization (ORIC), University of Wah (UW), in collaboration with Positive Solutions, conducted the first session of the Faculty Development Program on 08 January 2026. The session, titled “Leadership and Organizational Development - I,” was facilitated by Dr. Attique Raza, CEO of Positive Solutions, and attended by senior faculty members from all academic departments. The training focused on Carl Jung’s Theory of Personality Types and its application to leadership and organizational effectiveness, with particular emphasis on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) framework. Participants explored various personality preferences related to energy orientation, information processing, decision-making, and work styles, highlighting their relevance to leadership, teamwork, and institutional productivity.
The interactive session included a question-and-answer segment, during which faculty members actively shared insights and reflected on applying personality-based leadership approaches in both academic and administrative settings. Prof. Dr. Amjad Hassan, Director ORIC, thanked the trainer and participants, expressed gratitude to the Positive Solutions team for their collaboration, and appreciated the active engagement of the faculty members throughout the session.
