Department of Management Sciences at the University of Wah organized a Faculty Demo Session for the value-added course “Talk and Dress for Success” (Fall 2025) on 28 August 2025. The session, conducted as part of the Faculty Hiring Process, featured an insightful discussion on “Climate and Business-An Islamic Perspective.” The dialogue emphasized the significance of addressing climate change through sustainable business practices grounded in ethical and faith-based approaches, reaffirming the University’s commitment to United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 13: Climate Action. Faculty members of the Department participated as evaluators, assessing candidates on teaching methodologies, subject expertise, and the ability to foster meaningful student engagement.
The event also included a Certificate Distribution Ceremony, where students were honored as Star Performers of the Talk and Dress for Success course (Spring 2025) for their outstanding performance in communication, presentation, and professional etiquette. These recognitions serve to encourage student confidence, leadership skills, and professional growth.
