Dr. Bahrawar Said, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Sciences, University of Wah, participated in the Onboarding and Orientation Event held on 18 June 2025 under the GIZ Project titled “Improvement of Labour & Environmental Standards in Pakistan’s Textile Industry (TextILES-II).”
Representing the University as one of the shortlisted Local Service Providers (LSPs), Dr. Said was selected through a rigorous and competitive screening process. The event marked a significant milestone in the formation of the LSP Consortia, which aims to promote sustainable practices within Pakistan’s textile sector. This initiative focuses on building local capacity and improving labour and environmental standards through strategic industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. Dr. Said’s participation highlights University of Wah’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, innovation, and active engagement with industry-led development efforts.
