Prof. Dr. Khurram Shahazad, Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, and Mr. Tahir Hussain Shah, Alumni In-charge-UW, visited Hattar Mills Owner Association Head Office at Hattar Industries Limited on 03 December 2024 and met Mr. Ashiq Awan, Chairman, and Mr. Safeer Awan, General Secretary, Hattar Mills Owner Association. This meeting aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices and discuss internship and employment opportunities for UW business students. The meeting focused on structured internships, on-the-job training, and bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. Dr. Khurram Shahazad emphasized that this meeting is a vital step in connecting students with industry professionals to prepare them for today’s competitive job market.
