Department of Psychology, University of Wah (UW) organized a two-day training workshop titled "Thematic Apperception Test (TAT): Administration and Interpretation: Case Formulation and Clinical Case Report Writing" on 18-19 September 2024. Ms. Haleema Adnan, Lecturer, Department of Psychology, UW and Ms. Ayesha Umar, Lecturer of Psychology at Bahria University were resource persons, and Dr. Noman Aftab, Assistant Professor, Psychology Department-UW, was the focal person for the training. The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) and enhance their understanding of case formulation techniques. The twenty three attendees engaged in practical exercises to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios. The workshop covered the theoretical underpinnings, practical applications, limitations, and ethical considerations of the TAT. Moreover, it also included lectures, case studies, group discussions, and hands-on activities, with participants providing test materials. At the end, participants received e-certificates to recognize their active involvement and dedication to enhancing their professional skills.
