University of Wah Business School hosted the Business Solution Competition from 28-29 January 2025, reinforcing its commitment to case-based learning. The competition was designed to equip future business leaders with essential problem-solving skills, featuring participation from over 20 colleges that showcased their strategic and analytical abilities.
The competition comprised two rigorous rounds, where teams demonstrated remarkable talent, resilience, and innovation in addressing complex business challenges. Distinguished guests, Mr. Umar Siddique, Senior Joint Director, State Bank of Pakistan, and Mr. Qadir Mehmood, Director, Silver Lake Foods Ltd. Haripur, graced the event and distributed participation certificates to all competing teams. The top three performing colleges from Wah Cantt. recognized for their strategic solutions were Sir Syed College, Campus 2 (1st Place - Rs. 25,000); Scholars Science, Campus 5 (2nd Place - Rs. 15,000); and KIPs Colleges, Girls Campus 2 (3rd Place - Rs. 10,000).
Ms. Fatima Rizwan, Lecturer, Dr. Bahrawar Said, Assistant Professor, Department of Management Sciences, and the BLPS team, under the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Khurram Shahzad, Dean of Management Sciences were the organizers.
